We are doing outside casting games for our Sept meeting. Still meeting at the Great Plains Nature Center but will be on the west side of the parking lot by the pavilion. Meeting starts at 7 pm.

We will not be meeting this month at the Great Plains Nature Center. We are doing a fishing outing at a private pond here in Wichita for our July meeting. Because this meeting is on private water it is only open to current members of the club. We should be meeting at the Nature Center again in August.

Our June meeting will be at the Great Plains Nature Center but this monthly instead of meeting inside we are going to meet outside under the covered pavilion. Our May meeting (5/5) is at The Great Plains Nature Center starting at 7 pm. Change of plans on our program. It will be a show and tell gear meeting. The Flatland Fly Fishers March meeting will be at the Great Plains Nature Center starting at 7 pm. This month our local Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks fishery biologist Micah and Dave will be presenting. These presentations by are fishery biologist are always very educational for anyone that fishing is the local area.

Our February meeting at the Great Plains Nature Center (2/3 at 7 PM) will be a presentation on local trout fishing. Some club members will discuss the places they have been going and how the fishing has been.
